Singer 2019 Quilting needles use a slim, sharp point to help penetrate layered quilting work. This assortment contains five needles in metric sizes 80 and 90, giving you a choice for different fabric, batting and thread combinations. Start with a representative test sandwich so you can check the stitch before working on a finished quilt top.

Use the intended top, batting and backing in your sample. A single layer of cotton will not show how the complete project behaves.

Before you start
- Confirm your machine accepts the needle system, then choose NM 80 or 90 for the project.

These household-format needles are not automatically suitable for a longarm machine; specialised quilting machines can require a different system.
