Before you start
- Check the required needle system and choose a size suited to your fabric and thread.
- Fit the needle safely, fully seated and oriented as your machine manual requires.
- Test the stitching, and replace the needle if damaged or if stitch quality deteriorates after other setup checks.
Titanium-coated does not mean unbreakable or permanently sharp. Do not continue sewing with a bent, blunt or damaged needle, regardless of its surface finish.

Do they replace specialised needles?
Not automatically. Leather, highly elastic fabric and ELx705 machines can require a different point or system.
