Check the roll width against the area you need to cover, including enough material for secure hooping where required.
How to use it
- Cut Thermofix to the required shape or area and prepare the fabric according to the pack directions.
- Protect the iron with suitable silicone release paper or the protection specified on the pack. Fuse the web to the back of the appliqué.
- Position the appliqué on the base fabric and press as directed for the materials. Allow the bond to cool; stitch the edges if required by your project.
Thermofix bonds fabric; it is not a hoop backing that tears or washes away. Test adhesion and heat tolerance on offcuts, and follow the product’s pressing and care directions.

Can it attach an embroidered badge?
Yes, on suitable fabrics. Use it as the adhesive layer behind a completed badge or emblem, following the pressing instructions.
Is this the same as Thermofilm?
No. Thermofix stays in the bonded project. Thermofilm is a different product designed for heat-removal after embroidery.
