Try a representative section of your design on spare project fabric. Compare the embroidery face and reverse after the recommended removal or finishing process.
Choose your next roll
Use your results to narrow down the appropriate type and strength. A successful sample is more useful than choosing solely by the colour of the packaging.

How to use it
- Identify each sample and read its section of the included guide before cutting, hooping or applying heat.
- Make a small stitch test with the intended fabric, thread and design settings. Record which stabiliser and number of layers you used.
- Finish each test by its own method, then compare the results once dry and cool. Keep your notes for the full project.
The samples do not all remove the same way: Super Film uses heat, wash-away products use water and cut-away support remains. Always test water, adhesive and heat compatibility where applicable.
Good to know
Are black and white samples counted separately?
Yes. Cotton Soft and Super Strong each include separate white and black pieces within the twelve-sample assortment.
Does this include Heat Seal?
No. The twelve named samples are listed above; permanent Heat Seal adhesive is a separate product.
