JACK 3020 catalogue configuration. Application clamps and optional equipment shown are confirmed separately in your quotation.

Important: additional application costs

The advertised price is for the machine package. The following are additional and quoted separately:

  • Job-specific clamps, fixtures and tooling
  • Additional devices, including flip-flop and side-sliding attachments where applicable
  • Pattern design, digitising and programming
  • Operator training
  • Delivery

Optional devices pictured below are not included in the advertised price. Send a sample, label or badge dimensions, and your required stitch layout for an application-specific quotation.

300 × 200mm, matched to the job.

Choose the 3020 when a stitch layout needs both extra width and extra depth. Its 300 × 200mm field accommodates larger patterns than the 1310 or 2210, subject to clamp clearance. Material, thread, stitch density and the fixture design all affect the practical setup.

Program it, then repeat it

Create and adjust stitch patterns through the control system, or import compatible sewing data by USB. The machine guides the clamped work along the programmed path.

Controlled material support

The electronic intermediate presser foot supports the material during stitching. Automatic thread trimming helps prepare for the next cycle.

This is a pattern sewing machine for programmed seams and component attachment, not a multi-needle embroidery machine. The stated sewing field is maximum X-Y stitch travel; usable space depends on the clamp, attachment and clearances.

Optional label-handling equipment · Additional cost

Slide-out clamping for badges and labels.

Side-sliding presser-foot option

The side-sliding mechanism moves the label-holding element across the work area, providing access for loading and keeping the small part positioned for the sewing operation. It is useful for suitable woven labels, badges, hook-and-loop pieces and small components.

The 3020 family offers the 3020-F4 side-slide configuration. The photograph illustrates the mechanism; the final fixture is made to suit your application. The usable field can be smaller than the base machine’s 300 × 200mm travel.

Side-slide device, tooling and programming are additional.

Optional JACK side-sliding label clamp holding a blue label on denim; application tooling costs extra
Side-sliding label-clamp application from JACK’s pattern-machine catalogue; optional equipment, not the standard machine package.
