JACK JK-T2210 · Programmable pattern sewing

More width for labels, badges and repeat sewing.

Make repeat label, badge and component sewing more consistent with the JACK 2210. Its 220 × 100mm sewing field provides extra width over the 1310, with programmable stitch paths and application-specific clamping for repeat production.

JACK 1310 and 2210 pattern machine family with table, stand and touch control; representative catalogue configuration
JACK uses this representative family photograph for the 1310 and 2210. The sewing field and supplied configuration are confirmed for your selected model.

Important: additional application costs

The advertised price is for the machine package. The following are additional and quoted separately:

  • Job-specific clamps, fixtures and tooling
  • Additional devices, including flip-flop and side-sliding attachments where applicable
  • Pattern design, digitising and programming
  • Operator training
  • Delivery

Optional devices pictured below are not included in the advertised price. Send a sample, label or badge dimensions, and your required stitch layout for an application-specific quotation.

220 × 100mm, matched to the job.

A practical middle size for wider labels, patches, garment components and suitable bag or footwear parts. The 220mm X-axis provides more room than the 1310 without stepping up to the deeper 3020 sewing field. Match your full stitch layout and material to the proposed fixture.

Program it, then repeat it

Create and adjust stitch patterns through the control system, or import compatible sewing data by USB. The machine guides the clamped work along the programmed path.

Controlled material support

The electronic intermediate presser foot supports the material during stitching. Automatic thread trimming helps prepare for the next cycle.

This is a pattern sewing machine for programmed seams and component attachment, not a multi-needle embroidery machine. The stated sewing field is maximum X-Y stitch travel; usable space depends on the clamp, attachment and clearances.

Optional label-handling equipment · Additional cost

Slide-out clamping for badges and labels.

Side-sliding presser-foot option

The side-sliding mechanism moves the label-holding element across the work area, providing access for loading and keeping the small part positioned for the sewing operation. It is useful for suitable woven labels, badges, hook-and-loop pieces and small components.

The 2210 family offers the 2210-F3 side-slide configuration. The photograph illustrates the mechanism; the final fixture is made to suit your application. The usable field can be smaller than the base machine’s 220 × 100mm travel.

Side-slide device, tooling and programming are additional.

Optional JACK side-sliding label clamp holding a blue label on denim; application tooling costs extra
Side-sliding label-clamp application from JACK’s pattern-machine catalogue; optional equipment, not the standard machine package.

Optional label-handling equipment · Additional cost

Flip-flop clamp for labels and badges.

F1 flipping presser-foot option

The flipping clamp positions and holds a label or badge for its programmed sewing cycle. It is an application-specific setup for labels, logos, patches and hook-and-loop pieces, not a universal clamp supplied with the base machine.

F1 configurations are available in the 1310 and 2210 families. The photograph shows the 2210F1 mechanism; the tooling and effective sewing area for your 2210 must be confirmed against your sample.

Attachment, job-specific clamp and programming cost extra.
