Renowned among knitters worldwide, ChiaoGoo TWIST Red Cables feature a flexible, multi-strand steel core coated in smooth red nylon. Their virtually memory-free construction allows the cable to come out of the packet almost straight, reducing unwanted coiling and helping your knitting sit more naturally as you work.

Designed for ChiaoGoo MINI [M] interchangeable needle tips, these ultra-fine cables are ideal for socks, sleeves, baby garments, lace knitting, small-circumference projects and everyday knitting with finer needle sizes.

MINI [M] cables are compatible with ChiaoGoo interchangeable tips featuring the MINI [M] connection, including:

• TWIST MINI 10cm and 13cm tips from 1.50mm to 2.50mm
• TWIST MINI Shorties 5cm and 8cm tips from 2.00mm to 3.25mm

MINI cables are not directly compatible with ChiaoGoo Small [S] or Large [L] tips. A compatible ChiaoGoo adapter is required when combining different connection sizes.

Each cable features a lifeline hole at both ends. Insert a ChiaoGoo T-shaped tightening key into the hole to provide additional leverage when securing the tip-to-cable connection. The hole can also be used to add a lifeline by threading waste yarn through it before knitting across the row.

Please note that the measurements below refer to the cable only. The finished circular needle length will depend on the length of the interchangeable tips attached.

13cm (5") Cable - Creates approximately a 23cm (9") circular when used with 5cm MINI Shorties tips. This cable should only be used with 5cm tips or as an extension cable.

15cm (6") Cable - Creates approximately a 25cm (10") circular with 5cm tips or a 31cm (12") circular with 8cm tips. This cable should only be used with 5cm or 8cm MINI Shorties tips or as an extension cable.

20cm (8") Cable - Creates approximately a 36cm (14") circular with 8cm tips or a 40cm (16") circular with 10cm tips.

35cm (14") Cable - Creates approximately a 60cm (24") circular when used with 13cm tips.

55cm (22") Cable - Creates approximately an 80cm (32") circular when used with 13cm tips.

75cm (30") Cable - Creates approximately a 100cm (40") circular when used with 13cm tips.

93cm (37") Cable - Creates approximately a 120cm (47") circular when used with 13cm tips.
