Choose the right Jewelspun
Jewelspun Aran and Jewelspun Ombre are Aran-weight acrylic ranges with different ball sizes and colour effects. Jewelspun With Wool is a thicker chunky blend containing wool. Choose the range named by your pattern; a larger ball does not necessarily mean a thicker yarn.
Soft yarn for smaller makes
Snuggly Cashmere Merino Silk comes in separate 4 ply and DK versions. Each blends merino, silk and cashmere, but the weights are not interchangeable without changing the pattern. Hayfield Baby Blossom DK and Chunky are wool-free acrylic/nylon options with built-in colour effects; the chunky version is substantially thicker.
Everyday garments and textured projects
Country Classic 4 Ply combines merino and acrylic for fine-gauge projects. Loveful Recycled Tweed Blend and Loveful Bio Blend are separate DK ranges with different fibre compositions and finishes. Read the individual listing for the exact blend, metreage and care rather than choosing by the Loveful name alone.
