JUKI AMS-210EN-HL1510 · Programmable cycle sewing

More room for your repeat production work.

The JUKI AMS-210EN-HL1510 combines programmable cycle sewing with a 150 × 100mm sewing field. It provides more front-to-back pattern space than the 1306 for components such as labels, hook-and-loop fastenings, bag parts and reinforcement stitching, with job-specific tooling selected to suit.

Choose the right sewing field

150 × 100mm, matched to your application.

Choose the 1510 when you need the full 100mm front-to-back sewing field without the wider 220mm field of the 2210. Its monolithic pneumatic feeding frame holds the clamped work through the programmed sewing cycle.

These dimensions describe the maximum sewing travel, not the overall size of the material you can load. The usable area for a particular job depends on the clamp, fixture and pattern clearances.

JUKI IP-420 touchscreen for viewing and editing sewing patterns

IP-420 control panel

Repeat the pattern. Control the stitch.

View and edit sewing data on the colour touchscreen, including the pattern, speed and needle-thread tension. Store patterns for repeat work and transfer sewing data through the USB connection.

Direct-drive operation and encoder-controlled X-Y movement support consistent programmed cycles. Electronic active tension allows needle-thread tension to be adjusted within a pattern. Machine programming capability is included; custom programming services are additional.

Material control

Support through changes in thickness.

The programmable intermediate presser helps control the material during stitching and can be set for changes in thickness. A semi-dry head uses grease lubrication in the needle-bar area and a small oil supply at the hook to help minimise oil staining.

For best results, select the needle, thread, clamp and sewing speed around your actual sample. A suitable sewing field alone does not confirm that a machine can sew every material or assembly.
