T-shirt and knitwear hems
Create neat parallel stitch lines with underside coverage at garment hems. Match the needle, thread and settings to the fabric for a balanced finish.
Sleeves and tubular pieces
The raised cylinder arm gives you access around closed garment sections, making it easier to guide a sleeve or smaller opening than on a broad flat bed.
Stretch-fabric finishing
Differential feed helps manage fabric movement. Test on the actual material before production to find the balance between a flat hem and unwanted stretching or gathering.

Automatic top and bottom thread trimming, foot lift and thread wiping reduce separate end-of-seam tasks. They are particularly useful when a job involves many short, repeated sewing cycles.
This is an operator-guided coverseamer, not an unattended automatic hemming station.

The integrated panel puts speed and sewing-function controls beside the operator. Adjustable LED lighting illuminates the working area.
Jack’s adaptive feeding technology responds to changes in fabric thickness to help maintain material movement across seams. It supports the sewing process without replacing correct threading, suitable needles or a test sew.
