Clover · Two-ended needle threader

Two threading ends for different needle eyes.

Keep one compact threader in your sewing kit when you switch between smaller and larger needles. The Clover 462 Double Needle Threader has an end for each, helping you guide thread through a suitable eye without repeatedly trying to aim the cut end of the thread by hand.

Before you start

  1. Choose the end that passes easily through the needle eye, without pressure.
  2. Feed the thread through the wire loop, leaving enough tail to pull through.
  3. Withdraw the loop gently to bring the thread through the eye; remove the thread from the loop.

The thin wire can be damaged by heavy pressure. If the thread catches, check that the eye can accommodate both the wire and the folded thread.

Good to know

Does double mean it threads two needles at once?

No. It refers to the two ends. Use one end at a time for the needle you are threading.

Will it fit every fine needle?

Needle-eye shapes vary. Do not force the wire through an eye that is too small; choose another threading method.
