Expand the fabric-cutting capabilities of your ScanNCut DX with Brother’s Rotary Auto Blade Kit.
Instead of dragging a straight blade through the material, the small rotary blade rolls across the fabric. This helps produce cleaner cuts with less pulling and fraying, making it ideal for delicate, stretchy, semi-sheer and textured fabrics.
Cut materials such as thin cotton, jersey, soft felt, chiffon, lace, tulle, velvet, sequined fabric, plissé and crepe paper. Many fabrics can be cut without first applying an iron-on backing sheet or stabiliser.
The kit also includes an activation card for 63 fabric-focused designs and a downloadable recipe book, giving quilters, sewists and crafters plenty of projects to begin with.

Compatibility:

A suitable ScanNCut DX cutting mat is required and is sold separately.
Please note:
Because a rotary blade needs space to turn, it performs best on larger designs, curved shapes and patterns with fewer sharp angles. Cutting results can vary depending on the fabric, pattern size, blade condition and cutting mat. Always perform a trial cut before beginning your finished project.
