Choose two, four or six heads when regular orders call for the same design on multiple items. More heads can reduce the number of separate stitching runs, but output also depends on stitch count, colour changes, hooping, finishing and operator time. Multi-head systems generally repeat the same design and colour sequence; they are not independent machines running unrelated jobs.

A four-head machine can repeat the same embroidery on four compatible items in one run, with the same colour sequence.
Can I turn a customer’s logo into embroidery?
A logo usually needs digitising into a stitch file compatible with the chosen machine. A JPG or PNG is artwork, not a ready-to-stitch embroidery file. Use suitable digitising software or a digitising service, then test the design on the intended material before production.
Can Ricoma machines embroider caps?
