Match the fastener system: Jeans buttons, heavy-duty studs and lightweight fashion snaps use different fitting methods. The Hemline 406 tool is listed for 405-series 15 mm jeans studs. The 11 mm 440/445 fashion snaps need their specified fashion-snap tool; check the fastener pack and tool instructions together.
Eyelets & bag fittings: Check the eyelet diameter, pack contents and included fitting tool for the chosen listing. For D-rings, match the internal width to the strap; for a magnetic clasp, check its fitting method and reinforcement. These fittings are separate from press-stud setting systems.
