Is this the right seam for your range?
Flat seaming is not simply another name for hemming with a coverstitch machine. This machine is offered for joining suitable fabrics with a flatlock construction, rather than general plain sewing or a conventional overlocked edge.
For activewear or merino, trial the actual fabric with the intended thread. Check stretch, recovery, seam appearance and comfort after washing before committing to a production setup.
