Choose the right machine layout
220 × 100mm, matched to your application.
The 5770B uses a Brother-style machine layout. Its pneumatic divided work clamp offers two-step lowering to help position the material before stitching. The more open clamp area also makes it easier to see the work as you line it up.
The sewing field is the maximum X-Y stitch travel, not the overall size of the material you can load. Your usable area depends on the clamp, fixture and required clearances. Suitability for leather, webbing or layered materials must be checked using your actual sample.
JUKI-style and Brother-style describe the design layouts; they do not imply interchangeable clamps, parts or sewing-data formats. This machine is manufactured by ZOJE.
Practical production features
Position the work, then repeat the pattern.
Pulse-motor-driven intermittent feeding moves the clamped material through the programmed stitch path. The pneumatic work clamp has up to 30mm lift, while the divided two-step arrangement helps with loading and positioning.
Pattern control
Keep repeat work ready to run.
Electronic thread tension helps control the stitch, while USB or flash-memory pattern storage allows sewing data to be retained for repeat jobs. The catalogue specifies up to 20,000 stitches per pattern, automatic thread trimming and wiping, and a double-capacity shuttle hook.
The touchscreen pictured is a catalogue option. Please confirm the required control-panel specification when enquiring. Pattern design and programming services are additional, even though the machine itself is programmable.
