A dedicated industrial coverseam binder for applying fabric tape to garment edges. The Zoje C5000-G-356 combines a fitted binding attachment with a three-needle, five-thread coverstitch platform.
Guide the material into the folder while the machine stitches the binding in place. It is a practical setup for repeated edge-finishing work on suitable light- to medium-weight fabrics.

Control the fabric
Adjustable differential feed helps manage stretching or gathering as the fabric passes through the machine.
Keep the pace consistent
Set a suitable maximum speed, then use the foot pedal to control sewing. Needle positioning supports repeatable stops.
Match the binder to the job
Needle gauge is not binding width.
The confirmed 5.6 mm gauge describes the spacing across the outer needles. The cut tape width and finished binding width are determined separately by the fitted folder and material.
For a specific finished edge, check the required tape width and fold style before ordering. Test the actual tape and garment fabric together before a production run.

Suitable for binding operations on knitwear, T-shirt necklines and other light- to medium-weight garment edges where the material and tape suit the fitted folder.
The flat bed supports the work, and an LED light illuminates the stitch area. The integrated servo motor runs on demand rather than continuously while you reposition the next piece.
