Attach two- and four-hole buttons with a purpose-built industrial button sewing machine, rather than completing each attachment by hand.
The Zoje ZJ1377-BD combines selectable stitch counts with a built-in servo motor, automatic thread trimming and automatic clamp lift. It is a practical addition to shirtmaking, uniform production and garment alteration workrooms.

Choose the attachment style
Sew two-hole buttons or use parallel and cross patterns on four-hole buttons. Select the pattern to suit the garment design and button-hole layout.
Select your stitch count
The control panel provides 8, 16 or 32 stitches per cycle. Set up for the button and fabric, then use the same cycle for repeat work.
Automatic finishing functions
Thread trimming and clamp lifting help reduce handling between attachments. Adjustable servo speed lets you work at a pace suited to the job.
Standard button holder
Flat buttons, two holes or four.
The supplied clamp holds suitable flat buttons for sewing. Check button diameter, hole spacing and needle clearance before beginning a batch.
Suitable applications include shirts, uniforms and other garments requiring repeated button attachment. Test the actual button and material combination before production.
Optional attachment
Shank buttons need a different clamp.
Post or shank buttons require the special B2401-373-0B0 clamp. Additional supports or adaptors may be needed to suit the button and shank dimensions.
This attachment is not part of the standard flat-button setup. Confirm compatibility before ordering it for a particular job.

For your sewing workroom

Use suitable needles and thread for the fabric and button. Correct hole alignment and a test attachment are important whenever the button type changes.
