Using your needles
Choose a needle that carries your sashiko thread comfortably through the fabric. Load only as many running stitches as you can control, then pull the thread through gently so the fabric stays flat. A longer needle is useful on open areas; shorter needles can be easier around tighter details.
Good to know: One pack of six hand needles. Sashiko thread, fabric and patterns are not included.
Helpful answers

Long needles suit extended runs of stitching. Short needles can offer easier handling in smaller areas or curved details.
Can these be used for visible mending?
Yes, for suitable running-stitch repairs where the needle and thread work with the fabric.
