How to Use Odif Easy Hem
- Protect your work surface and turn the garment or project inside out.
- Shake the can thoroughly until you can hear the mixing ball.
- Mark the required hem and use scrap paper to protect the surrounding fabric.
- Spray the adhesive evenly from approximately 20cm away, covering the full length of the hem and paying particular attention to the edges.
- Fold the hem into its final position.
- Cover the area with baking paper to protect both the fabric and iron.
- Using a dry iron on the cotton setting, press firmly for approximately 45 seconds.
- If the hem is larger than the iron’s soleplate, repeat the process in sections.
- Allow the fabric to cool completely before moving, wearing or washing it.
For the best result: Apply an even coating across the complete hem, including the edges. Use firm pressure while ironing and let the adhesive cool fully before testing the bond.
