The Mauser Spezial MP2210-H80/H brings programmed stitching to repeat production work. With a 220 × 100mm sewing field and a heavy-material configuration, it is a practical option for businesses making bags, webbing assemblies, workwear and upholstery components.
Instead of guiding every seam by hand, the workpiece is held in a clamp and follows a programmed stitch path. The right program and fixture help turn a recurring sewing task into a controlled, repeatable operation.

Room for reinforcement patterns, attachment seams and shaped stitch paths. The usable area also depends on the clamp designed for your workpiece.
Clamped work control
The pneumatic work clamp holds the material during the programmed cycle. A compressed-air supply is required.

Servo direct drive, automatic thread trimming, needle-thread break detection, oil-pump lubrication and LED needle-area lighting support daily sewing work.

NZ$12,499 including GST. Specific clamps and fixtures to suit your job, additional devices such as flip-flop equipment, pattern design and programming, training, delivery and installation are additional and quoted separately. Optional-device compatibility is confirmed for the proposed setup.
Please allow for a suitable compressed-air supply; an air compressor is not included.
