From upholstery panels to leather bags, the Mauser MH-2645-170242-33 brings controlled material handling and automatic seam finishing to medium-heavy sewing work.
This single-needle flatbed walking-foot machine combines bottom feed, needle feed and alternating top feet. It is the single stitch-length dial version, supplied with a sewing table and stand.
Keep layers moving together
Compound feed advances the fabric from above and below while the needle helps control the layers. It is a useful combination for joining upholstery, leather goods and suitable canvas assemblies.
Keep the sewing cycle moving
Automatic thread trimming, backtacking and presser-foot lifting reduce repetitive handling between seams. The built-in control panel puts the electronic settings close to the operator.
Fewer bobbin interruptions
The XXL hook uses a 32mm bobbin, giving more lower-thread capacity for longer runs. A 750W integrated direct-drive motor supplies the drive without an external motor belt.

The flatbed supports larger pieces while sewing straight seams. For tubular work or tight three-dimensional shapes, a cylinder-arm machine may be the better choice.
Cross seams with more control
A separate top-mounted dial sets the alternating-foot stroke. Quick stroke adjustment lets the operator switch to a higher walking action for thicker seam crossings, then return to the normal setting.
Up to 20mm of foot lift makes loading bulky work easier. This is lifting clearance, not a claim that every 20mm material stack can be sewn. The integrated LED illuminates the needle area.

Before ordering
A suitable compressed-air supply is needed for the pneumatic foot lift. Confirm the site's power and air connections, delivery arrangements and your needle/thread setup when enquiring. Test demanding material combinations before committing them to production.
