Choose one of the six length options. Each quantity supplies one fixed nylon cable plus the two useful accessories needed to secure the tips and hold your work.
Screw them onto the cable after removing the tips to keep live stitches safely in place.
Insert the key into the tightening hole to gain leverage and secure the tip-to-cable connection.
Add one pair of compatible KnitPro interchangeable needle tips in the diameter your pattern requires.

Choose the finished circular length, not the bare cable length
KnitPro names each cable by the nominal total length achieved after compatible interchangeable tips are attached. The physical cable in the packet is therefore shorter than the length shown in the variant menu.

Start each KnitPro tip straight and turn it onto the threaded join by hand until it is finger tight.
Use the key
Insert the included cable key into the metal join's tightening hole and use it for leverage while securing the tip.
Check the join
Confirm both connections are firm and smooth before casting on, then recheck occasionally during a long project.
Turn the cable into a secure stitch holder
When you need the needle tips elsewhere, move the stitches fully onto the cable, unscrew the tips and attach an end cap to each side. Your live stitches stay together while the tips are free for another cable or project.
Keep live stitches safely on the cable between knitting sessions.
Move frequently used tip sizes to another project without transferring every stitch.
