Which marker should I use?
Closed rings sit on the needle between stitches; choose a size that slides comfortably over your needle. They are useful for repeat boundaries and the beginning of a round.
Split rings can be removed without sliding them to the needle tip. Locking markers open and close so you can attach them directly to a stitch, mark a row or keep track of a shaping point.
Move needle-mounted markers as the pattern directs; do not knit them into your work. Keep the set in its pouch between projects.
