This is an individual cable listing with seven length options. It is not a seven-cable set, and needle tips are sold separately.
You receive one 56cm bare teal swivel cable designed to create an approximately 80cm circular needle when standard 13cm interchangeable tips are attached.
The package also includes two end caps and one cable key. Needle tips, yarn and pattern are not included.
The selected option determines the intended finished circular length.

As your hands move, twist can build through a fixed connection. The Mindful swivel allows rotation at the join so the cable can settle more naturally while you knit.
The cable still screws securely into the interchangeable tip. The rotating movement is built into the connector assembly rather than coming from an untightened thread.
Use the included key: a firm final hand-tighten helps keep the threaded connection secure while knitting.
The shorter handhold leaves enough flexible cable for a workable compact circle. Standard 13cm tips are too long for the intended 40cm setup and change the finished length.
The published finished-length system from 60cm upward is designed around standard-length tips. Short tips may also attach, but the finished measurement changes.

Screw each tip onto the cable with the connection held straight. Never force a thread that does not start smoothly.
Insert the cable key and give each join a firm final hand-tighten. Do not use pliers.
Inspect both joins before casting on and retighten by hand if movement develops during a long project.
Choose a finished length shorter than the project circumference so stitches can travel comfortably around the needle.
Use a longer flexible cable to create the loops needed for socks, sleeves, hats and other smaller circumferences.
Work back and forth while the cable supports broad rows and keeps the weight of growing fabric off straight needles.
Remove the working tips and attach both end caps to keep live stitches on the cable between sessions.
