Give badges, patches and emblems a neat, wrapped thread edge with the INDERLE IDL-30 badge overlocker. Designed specifically for emblem overedging, this one-needle, three-thread machine brings the finishing stage into your embroidery workroom.

The IDL-30 overedges the perimeter of an already embroidered badge, creating the raised border that frames the finished design. It is an edge-finishing machine, not an embroidery machine.
Work with circular, rectangular, square, oval and triangular badges. The operator guides the badge around its outline, making this a specialist addition for uniform suppliers, embroidery businesses and badge makers.
Included compass guide
Extra guidance for round badges.
The IDL-30C compass attachment is included with this machine to help the operator guide circular badges around the sewing point. It assists the guiding process; the badge still needs to be handled by the operator.
Choose the stitch density
Interchangeable cams alter stitch length and density, allowing the border finish to be set for the job. Ask us about the cam setup for your badge material and preferred finish.
