Keep fraying edges under control
Hi-Tack Fray Stop Glue helps seal fabric edges and reinforce hems and seams. A useful addition to your sewing kit for small repairs and finishing details, this 60ml anti-fray fabric sealant dries clear and remains flexible.
Use it where loose fibres need containing, especially on small areas that are awkward to finish by machine.

Clear-drying, flexible finish
Fray Stop is suitable for most fabrics, but the result can vary with the weave, colour and amount applied. Drying clear does not guarantee an invisible result on every material, so test on an offcut or hidden area and let it dry before treating the project.
How to use
- Test first to check the dried appearance and feel.
- Apply a thin line to the area being treated and spread evenly. Avoid saturating the fabric, especially open weaves where glue can seep through.
- Allow to dry as directed on the bottle before handling.
- For a permanent effect, the treated area can be ironed according to the product instructions, provided the fabric permits ironing.
Follow the bottle directions for application, heat setting and care. Use appropriate stitching where a repair needs structural strength.
