Bring controlled heat, pressure and conveyor feed to your interlining work with the Hashima HP-900LFS straight linear fusing press. Its 900mm fusing width gives garment manufacturers a generous working area for continuous processing.
The LFS model includes a rotary strip-off device to help separate fused materials from the belt as they leave the press.

Control throughout the process
Built around repeatable fusing work
- Continuous conveyor feed: a front conveyor supports ongoing loading and processing.
- Electronic temperature control: an electronic thermostat and solid-state relay regulate heat, with selectable upper/lower or front/rear heater control.
- Adjustable processing: set the heating time and pneumatic pressure to suit the fabric and fusible interlining.
- Material handling: an adjustable anti-puckering roller helps manage materials through the fusing process.
- Belt tracking protection: automatic belt tracking and a belt-stop safety function support controlled operation.

Plan your New Zealand installation
Three-phase power and compressed air
Supplied for New Zealand operation on 400V, 50Hz three-phase power. A qualified electrician must check the machine’s rating plate, site supply and connection requirements before installation.
An air compressor is required. Contact Direct Sewing to confirm the machine configuration, air supply, access and installation arrangements for your workroom. Optional stackers, cooling equipment and additional tables are not included unless specified in your quotation.
Choose heat, pressure and dwell time according to your interlining supplier’s guidance, and test the bond on your actual materials before production.
