HANDI QUILTER · 18-INCH LONGARM
A compact frame for ambitious quilts. The Moxie XL with Little Foot brings standing, free-motion quilting into a smaller workspace. The quilt is held in a repositionable section while you guide the machine, then moved along as each area is finished.

The approximately 5ft (1.52m) frame uses a hoop-style, repositionable workflow. Quilt the available section, unclamp and reposition the quilt, then continue. A quilt can be wider than the frame, but it cannot be stitched across its full width in one pass. Plan the design and alignment around those moves.
Choose Little Foot when a smaller footprint matters more than reducing repositioning. The nominal frame width is not a complete room-clearance measurement.

No. It is a dedicated free-motion quilting machine for stitching a quilt’s layers together. Keep your regular sewing machine for piecing blocks, garment sewing and everyday construction.
No. The supplied machine can be guided by hand. Pro-Stitcher Lite adds compatible computer-guided designs; it is a separate upgrade.
No. Stitch regulation adjusts stitching to your movement; it does not choose or steer a design. Computerised quilting requires the optional automation system.
Use the enquiry form on this page. We will confirm the package, availability and separately quoted delivery and installation before the order is finalised.
Measure your room and the delivery route before choosing a frame. Allow working space around the machine, not just the frame itself, and check doorways, stairs and access to power. Tell us your town or postcode, room dimensions and whether access is upstairs so delivery and installation can be quoted accurately.

Choose by how you want to quilt, the space you have and the controls you will use—not just maximum speed.
15-inch throat · up to 1,800 stitches/minute · 4–18 stitches/inch. A straightforward entry into hand-guided frame quilting, with stitch regulation and simple controls. Choose a Loft or Little Foot package.
18-inch throat · up to 2,100 stitches/minute · 4–18 stitches/inch. More working space than Moxie 15 and a 4.3-inch touchscreen. Choose this when you want a larger canvas for free-motion designs.
20-inch throat · up to 2,500 stitches/minute · 4–24 stitches/inch. A frame-mounted step up with a 7-inch touchscreen, Easy-Set Tension and adjustable front handlebars for detailed quilting.
20-inch throat · up to 2,500 stitches/minute · 4–24 stitches/inch. The sit-down choice: move the quilt across the Lift Table while the machine stays still. It is not a Pro-Stitcher frame-automation package.
Throat size is the space within the machine, not the usable quilting depth or maximum quilt size. Quilt rolls and frame clearances reduce the working area. Maximum speed is a capability, not a recommended speed for every design.
The quilt is supported on poles while you move the machine. An 8ft frame needs a dedicated area plus room to stand, load the quilt and access the sides. It suits quilters who prefer progressing across a supported quilt.
The approximately 5ft frame saves floor space. Reposition the quilt to reach successive areas; its compact footprint does not mean an entire large quilt fits in the stitching area at once. Plan time for repositioning.
Amara ST supports the quilt on a table, without a long roller frame. You control the quilt’s movement and need enough surrounding support for its bulk. A different working method—not simply a smaller version of frame quilting.
For Amara 20, see the frame stated in its package listing. Measure your room, doorways and access route; frame length alone is not the full working footprint.
Stitch regulation helps keep stitches consistent as you guide the machine or quilt. It does not steer a design. Pro-Stitcher adds computer-guided movement to a compatible frame-mounted machine.
Automation is an additional purchase unless expressly included. You still prepare and load the quilt, select and position designs, manage thread and advance the quilt.
