Before you start
- Check the machine’s complete needle system and size range. Choose the point and size for your fabric and thread.
- Switch off and isolate the machine as instructed. Install the needle fully, in the orientation specified by the manual.
- Sew a sample with the intended layers and thread. Check stitch formation and fabric marking before continuing.
Confirm the required point designation against your existing pack or machine manual; do not choose by needle size alone. If you need a particular point type, contact us before ordering so we can check the pack marking.
