How to use ring markers
Place a ring on the needle between stitches where your pattern asks for a marker. When you reach it on the next row or round, slip it from one needle to the other without knitting into it. Use one colour for the beginning of the round and other colours for repeats or shaping points.
Choose a comfortable fit
Select a marker with enough clearance to pass easily over the needle and joins. An overly tight ring can interrupt your knitting, while a very large ring may feel awkward on fine needles. Check the ring on your needle before starting the project.
