Needles for 747L, 757L and 767K overlockers
Our listed SiRUBA 747L four-thread, 757L five-thread and 767K six-thread industrial overlockers specify the B27 / DC×27 needle system. Choose Dotec or Schmetz sharp and ballpoint options, or the listed Groz-Beckert B27 GEBEDUR option. Select the size and point for your fabric and thread within your machine’s specified range, then test a sample.
For other Siruba models, confirm the complete needle system in the manual before ordering. Industrial B27 / DC×27 needles are not a universal substitute for domestic overlocker needles.
Replacement knives, needle plates and screws
The four-thread knife set contains KR23 and KR35 knives and is listed for Siruba 747Q, 747K, 747L and 747Qe models. It is not advertised as a universal 757 or 767 knife set.
The 747 needle-plate listing offers E809 and E810 options. Match the plate reference and your machine configuration before selecting a variant. Needle screws also need the correct reference: compare the listed SK216 and 10009255 options with the original; do not choose by brand alone.
Thread for overlocking and safety-stitch seams
Coats EcoVerde Astra 120 in 5000m cones and Gütermann Mara 100 in 1000m spools provide polyester options for compatible overlock and safety-stitch applications. Match thread size, needle and tension to the fabric. Buy enough cones or spools for your threading arrangement; a four-, five- or six-thread setup uses separate thread supplies.
Cleaning and oiling essentials
Bent-nose tweezers help reach threading points, while lint brushes and correctly sized screwdrivers are useful for routine care. Switch off and isolate the machine before cleaning or changing parts. Choose oil only where its specification matches the machine manual, and follow the stated oiling points and reservoir levels. The PO10 oiler is an applicator; lubricant is purchased separately.
Thread stands and your sewing table
Choose a four-, five- or six-spool thread stand to suit your threading arrangement. For the wheeled machine stand, select the Overlocker — one large and one small pedal option where appropriate. A chain-and-hook set, pitman rod or drawer may help complete the workstation. Check dimensions, mounting points and the existing pedal or motor arrangement before ordering; these fittings are not universal.
