Built-in assisted needle threader
Follow the marked upper-thread path and lower the threading mechanism beside the needle.
The threader helps pull the upper thread through the needle eye.

Important information before purchasing
The Janome FD216 is a mechanical domestic sewing machine. It is not computerised and does not have an LCD screen.
It includes 16 built-in stitches and a four-step mechanical buttonhole.
Maximum stitch width is approximately 5mm and maximum stitch length is approximately 4mm.
Sewing speed is controlled using the supplied foot controller. There is no electronic speed slider or start and stop button.
Upper-thread tension is manually adjustable. Presser-foot pressure is fixed.
Drop feed, extra-high presser-foot lift and a built-in needle threader are included.
The machine has a manual thread cutter rather than an automatic electronic thread cutter.
An extra-wide extension table is not included.
