Belt-assisted handling
The fitted drive-belt system helps transport the material consistently, reducing the need to pull the work through by hand.
Zoje ZJ-1430 • Belt-fed configuration
An industrial blind-stitch machine for wetsuit production, repair and technical textile work.
This Zoje ZJ-1430 is fitted with a synchronised belt-feed attachment to help move neoprene and other difficult materials through the sewing area.
It is a purpose-focused setup for workrooms handling spongy, bulky or high-friction materials—not simply a standard curtain hemmer.

The fitted drive-belt system helps transport the material consistently, reducing the need to pull the work through by hand.
Set the stitch penetration to suit the material. Correct adjustment is important when controlling how much of the material the needle catches.
For suitable neoprene components, wetsuit repairs, surf apparel and foam-backed or laminated textiles. Test the actual construction before production.

See the stitch
The sample shows the stitch formation along the blue and black neoprene join. It gives a practical view of the finish rather than a simulated stitch illustration.
Blind stitching is intended to control penetration and limit visibility on the opposite face. The right setting depends on neoprene thickness, surface fabric and the seam being made.
Water resistance is a property of the complete seam construction. Stitching alone does not guarantee a watertight seam; adhesive, sealing and testing may also be required for the intended product.

Match the setup to your work
When checking suitability, include the neoprene thickness, backing, number of layers and intended seam. A sample helps establish the feeding, penetration and thread settings your job needs.
