The Zoje C2500 combines cylinder-arm access with automatic thread trimming and foot lift, helping garment workrooms move smoothly between coverstitch operations.
This three-needle, five-thread machine has a 5.6mm gauge and a built-in direct-drive servo motor. It suits hems and coverseams on light-to-medium knit garments, including T-shirts, sleeves and underwear.

Cylinder-arm access
Guide suitable garment openings around the raised sewing arm. It is useful for continuous hems on sleeves and tubular garment sections.
Differential feeding
Adjust the feeding action to suit the fabric and help manage stretching or gathering through the seam. Test on an offcut before starting the garment.
Automatic end-of-seam functions
Automatic trimming and presser-foot lifting reduce separate handling steps when finishing a seam and removing the work.
The D3 configuration

The direct-drive AC servo provides adjustable speed, with automatic needle positioning and a thread wiper alongside trimming and foot lift. Top and bottom covering provide a coverseam finish; top covering can be switched off for appropriate operations.
The operator still guides the fabric and sets the machine for the job. Choose a working speed and stitch setup that suit your material rather than relying on maximum speed alone.
Garment hems and seam covering
Use the C2500 as a dedicated finishing machine for knitwear, sportswear and underwear. The cylinder bed helps with handling sewn garment sections around the needle area.
Correct needles, thread and tension are important for balanced stitches and a seam that works with the fabric.
Binding needs the right attachment
Binding is an attachment-specific operation. A suitable binder or folder must match the tape, fabric and desired finished width; it is not automatically included with a general hemming setup.
