Bag Closing Machine Needles NZ
Compare Dotec BCx5 / D5 and 92x1 / DNx1 needles for compatible bag-closing machines. Both listed ranges are size 200/25 in ten-packs, but they are different needle systems. Confirm the full reference for your bag closer before checking the bag material and thread.
BCx5 or 92x1?
Check the needle system specified for your exact bag-closing machine. BCx5 / D5 and 92x1 / DNx1 are distinct systems. Their shared 200/25 size and a portable-machine description do not make them interchangeable.
Match the bag and thread setup
Each product supplies ten needles in size 200/25. Follow the machine guidance for the bag material, thread and fitting orientation. Test the complete closing seam before a run, and keep the labelled packet with the machine so the next replacement retains the correct system.
