Footwear
Guide shoe-upper components and curved sections around the raised post, with access close to the stitching point.
Zoje ZJ9610-D3 • Automatic post-bed machine
Controlled stitching for footwear, leather bags and shaped leather components.
The Zoje ZJ9610-D3 raises the sewing point above the table, giving you space to guide three-dimensional work around the post. Its roller-foot setup is useful for following curves and keeping an edge stitch in view.
Automatic thread trimming, foot lifting and backtacking help reduce handling between seams.

Guide shoe-upper components and curved sections around the raised post, with access close to the stitching point.
Work around suitable shaped bag components and panels where a flat table can restrict how you position the piece.
Follow edges and curved outlines on suitable leather goods. Match thread, needle point and stitch length to the finish you want.
Feeding control
The driven upper roller works with bottom roller feed and needle feed to move the material through the seam. The roller sits to the left of the needle, leaving a useful view of the stitch line.
This is a roller-foot post-bed machine, not a conventional walking-foot flatbed.
Less handling between seams
Servo speed control lets you set a working pace suited to the piece. Automatic thread trimming, foot lift and backtacking support repeated seam work, while the front reverse control is within reach.

Match the machine to the job
Leather firmness, coatings, the number of layers and the shape of the piece all affect how it sews. Share details of your materials and the seam you want when enquiring so the setup can be checked for your work.
For visible leather surfaces, test roller pressure and needle choice on a sample before sewing the finished piece.
