Getting the best result
- Check the garment care label and follow the supplied appliance instructions.
- Fill and securely attach the water tank before switching on. Wait for the ready indicator.
- Choose the steam setting to suit the fabric and work in slow passes, keeping the garment gently supported.
- For horizontal steaming, use the StyleMat on a flat, heat- and steam-resistant surface. The mat does not make every tabletop suitable for steaming.
- Let the appliance cool, empty the tank and pack it away as directed.
Never steam clothing while it is being worn. Keep hands clear of hot steam and do not use the appliance on fabrics marked unsuitable for ironing or steaming.
Questions before you choose
Does it replace my iron?
It is designed for convenient crease removal and touch-ups. An iron or steam generator is better when you need firm pressing, sharp creases or seam-setting.
Can I use it on a table?
Yes, the head supports horizontal steaming. Use the supplied StyleMat only on a flat surface that tolerates heat and steam, and follow the manual to protect furniture finishes.
