Keep the memories. Tame the stretch.

Make favourite T-shirts easier to turn into a quilt, cushion or keepsake. EZ-TEE adds a lightweight woven foundation to stretchy jersey, helping blocks stay manageable while you cut and sew.

100% cotton woven fusible interfacing, 14in × 25ft — approximately 35.6cm × 7.62m. Choose white or black.

Where it works best

T-shirt and memory quilts

Add support behind jersey before assembling blocks from school, concert, sporting or other meaningful shirts.

A softer kind of structure

The lightweight cotton weave helps control curling and stretching while keeping the finished project comfortable.

Plan your blocks

Check block sizes and seam allowances before cutting. The usable yield depends on your chosen layout, not simply the number of shirts.

How to use it

  1. Prepare your shirt panels and test their heat tolerance, including printed designs. Protect the pressing surface from transferred print.
  2. Fuse EZ-TEE to the reverse using the package instructions and allow the bond to cool before cutting the final block shape.
  3. Cut and sew the supported blocks according to your quilt or cushion pattern. Test the completed sample before preparing the remaining panels.

EZ-TEE is permanent fusible interfacing for stabilising fabric. It is not a heat-transfer image product, a wash-away embroidery topping or a no-sew adhesive for attaching decorations.

Good to know

Does it wash out after sewing?

No. The interfacing stays in the project. Follow the care needs of all the materials, including the original shirts and their prints.

Which colour should I choose?

White is useful behind light fabrics; black suits darker panels. Hold a sample behind your fabric and check for show-through before fusing.
