Clover Air-Erasable Marker – Purple Extra Fine
For small embroidery positions and narrow quilting guides, Clover’s extra-fine purple air-erasable marker gives you a finer reference than a broad felt tip. The translucent ink is best seen on light-coloured fabric.
Extra-fine does not mean permanent
Clover gives an approximate 2–7 day fading window for this version. Fabric and surroundings affect the timing, so use it for work in progress rather than marking a project far in advance. If you need to decide exactly when to remove a guide, consider a water-erasable marker instead.

Getting the best result
- Check the line and its disappearance on a fabric offcut.
- Mark lightly without stretching the fabric or saturating small points.
- Complete the relevant stitching while the guide remains visible and remove marks before ironing.
