Four-step buttonhole
Fit the supplied buttonhole foot and select each buttonhole stage in sequence using the stitch dial.
The machine sews the first side, lower bar tack, second side and upper bar tack as four separate controlled stages.

Lowerable feed dogs
Drop feed lowers the feed dogs beneath the needle plate so the machine no longer advances the fabric automatically.

Important information before purchasing
The Brother GS2510 is a mechanical domestic sewing machine. It is not computerised and does not have an LCD screen.
It includes 25 built-in stitches and a four-step buttonhole.
The buttonhole is not completed automatically in one continuous cycle. The user progresses through four separate stages.
Maximum stitch width is approximately 5mm and maximum stitch length is approximately 4mm.
Sewing speed is controlled through the foot controller. There is no electronic speed-limiting slider or start and stop button.
The machine does not have automatic electronic upper and bobbin thread cutting.
