HZL DX, F and G

Computerised household sewing machines. G is part of the HZL family, but some G-series feet differ from DX and F feet. Match the whole model and part number.

Examples: HZL-DX7, HZL-F600, HZL-G120.

HZL UX and NX

Check normal feet versus Juki Smart Feed attachments. Some quilting feet also need an adapter. NX7, UX8 and UX8S are not interchangeable model names.

Example: zigzag quilting foot 40080953 needs adapter 40207583 on HZL-NX7.

Other HZL machines

H, HT, L and older HZL models can use different feet, bobbins and holders. The HZL prefix alone does not identify the correct fitting.

Choose the TL foot, bobbin, plate or attachment listed for your machine. TL-2200QVP Mini is a portable straight-stitch machine. TL-2200QVP longarm accessories need a separate check.

MO overlockers

Match the full domestic MO model. MO-1000 and MO-2000QVP use a different standard foot assembly from MO-2800 and MO-3000QVP. Industrial MO machines form a separate range.

MCS coverstitch

For coverstitch hems and chainstitch sewing. A chainstitch foot, standard coverstitch foot and hem guide do different jobs. Match the full MCS model and suffix.

Three checks before ordering

  1. Read the full model. Check the machine's rating label and manual cover. Copy all letters, numbers and suffixes.
  2. Match the part number. Similar-looking feet, bobbins and controllers can use different references. A complete assembly can also have a different number from one component.
  3. Read the fitting note. Check the holder, adapter, Smart Feed setting, connector or other condition shown on the listing.

Common Juki fitting questions

Are HZL-G accessories the same as HZL-DX and F?

Some are shared, but not all. For example, Juki lists overcasting foot 40080960 for selected DX and F models, while the G range uses 40110163. Always check the individual part's model list.

Do 3mm, 5mm and 1/4 inch describe machine fitting?

Often they describe the sewing result. A 3mm hem foot makes a narrow hem, a 5mm binder makes approximately 5mm binding, and a 1/4 inch guide foot helps set a seam allowance. These measurements do not establish a universal Juki fitting category.

Will any plastic bobbin fit my HZL?

No universal match is assumed. Juki lists several plastic bobbin references. In particular, A98340300A0 and 001141000000 appear separately in its references. Ask us to check the supplied pack against your machine.

Is TL-2200QVP the same as TL-2200QVP Mini?

No. Include the word Mini when it appears on your machine. The finder does not shorten the Mini model to TL-2200QVP or treat its accessories as longarm parts.

Can I buy a controller by the plug shape alone?

Match the controller reference, connector, machine model and electrical specification. Regional Juki references can differ. A similar plug or a shared series name is not sufficient.

Why does an item say to ask us first?

Some supplied stock codes, earlier part numbers or replacement suffixes need checking. Those items remain searchable by part name and number, with the uncertainty shown clearly. They are not presented as confirmed exact-model matches.

What if my older model is not listed?

Send the full model, the original part reference and clear photos. The guide includes documented models from current and earlier Juki references, but does not claim to cover every historical or regional machine.
