The JUKI MO-6843S is a three-needle, six-thread industrial overlocker for garment work that calls for a safety-stitch seam and a neatly finished edge. Its stitch formation combines a two-needle overlock with a separate chainstitch in one pass.
Supplied with a DD10 direct-drive servo motor, LED needle light and industrial table with wheeled stand, it brings practical sewing control to a busy workroom.

The six-thread configuration adds a separate chainstitch alongside the overlocked edge. It is a practical choice for suitable medium- to heavy-weight garment fabrics and knitwear where seam security and a tidy finish both matter.
Responsive direct drive
The DD10 servo motor drives the machine directly, with an accessible control panel for straightforward operation and sewing-speed adjustment.
A clearer sewing area
The LED needle light illuminates the working area, making it easier to follow the fabric edge and check your stitching as you sew.
A CLOSER LOOK
Fine-tune the fabric feed.
Differential feed helps manage how the fabric travels through the machine, reducing unwanted stretching or gathering when correctly adjusted for the material.
JUKI’s micro-adjustment mechanism makes fine feed changes easier. Front-access adjustments also allow the feed setup to be matched to the work.
