Know the fitting?
Check the fit: match your exact model and part number before ordering. Bernina and Bernette fittings differ.
Choosing the right Bernina accessory
Which walking foot fits my Bernina?
A walking foot helps feed fabric layers together for quilting, matching checks and sewing fabrics that tend to shift. This range includes compatible replacement walking feet for different old- and new-style Bernina fittings. The old-style options have different model lists, so check the exact listing rather than choosing by appearance alone. These replacement walking feet are not genuine BERNINA-branded feet.
Which bobbin or bobbin case do I need?
Start with the hook system and the part number on your original component. CB-hook and rotary-hook parts are different; a bobbin that looks similar is not necessarily suitable. Older semi-commercial models also have their own listed options. Check the full machine name and generation, not just a shared model number. The rotary-hook bobbins shown here are not BERNINA 8 Series jumbo bobbins.
Bernette overlocker & Deco accessories
Browse replacement knife sets, needle plates and an overlocker presser foot for the Bernina and Bernette models specified in their listings. The Deco shortcut includes Prym 21.2 × 9.2mm bobbins for specified older Deco applications and a separate cover plate listed for the Bernette Deco 340. These are different applications—not a matching set for every Deco machine.
Replacing a bulb, cord or foot controller
For bulbs, match the screw or bayonet fitting, voltage, dimensions and permitted wattage to your machine. Cords and foot controllers also need the correct connector and model compatibility; a similar-looking plug is not enough. Switch off and unplug the machine before replacing a user-serviceable part, and follow your manual. Do not use a damaged cord.
Brand names identify compatible machines, not the manufacturer of every accessory. Check each listing for its brand and whether the item is a genuine part or compatible replacement.
