Choose Warm 80/20 when you want a cotton-rich quilt batting with a generous pre-cut footprint. This XL queen pack measures 90 × 110 inches and combines 80% cotton with 20% polyester on a lightweight cotton scrim.
Needle-punched filling supported by 100% cotton scrim.
The fibres are mechanically held in place.
Suitable for quilting or ties within the manufacturer’s spacing limit.

Is it right for your project?
The XL queen piece is wider and longer than Sew Easy’s 84 × 100-inch queen packs. That gives you more room to work with, but always compare it with the actual quilt-top measurements plus your required margin. Check the allowance with your longarm quilter before handing over a quilt.
Allow extra batting beyond the quilt top on every side for basting, quilting and trimming. For longarm quilting, use the margin requested by your quilter.
Preparation & care
Pre-washing is not required. The Warm Company specifies approximately 3% shrinkage in the first cold wash. Once quilted, the batting can be machine washed and dried, subject to the care needs of the other materials. Do not machine wash loose batting before quilting; see the manufacturer’s guide if you want to hand pre-wash.
Good to know
Is Warm 80/20 fusible?
No. This is a non-fusible batting. Baste the layers using a suitable method, then quilt or tie them securely.
Does “queen” mean the same size in every brand?
No. This pack is 90 × 110 inches, Hobbs fusible queen is 90 × 108 inches, and the Sew Easy queen packs in this collection are 84 × 100 inches.
