SiRUBA 767K 6-Thread Industrial Safety Stitch Overlocker

$2,250.00

SiRUBA 767K · Six-thread safety stitch

Join and finish in one pass.

The SiRUBA 767K six-thread industrial overlocker combines a four-thread overlock with a separate two-thread chainstitch. It trims and finishes the fabric edge while forming an additional joining seam—ideal when your garment construction calls for a six-thread safety stitch.

Supplied with a servo motor, adjustable speed and needle positioning, it gives your workroom a dedicated sewing station for controlled, consistent seam production.

Why choose six threads?

An overlocked edge, plus a separate joining seam.

The 767K uses three needles and six threads to form two stitch structures together: a two-needle overlock at the edge and a chainstitch further in. This brings the joining and edge-finishing operations into one pass through the machine.

Four-thread edge finish

Two needle threads and two looper threads form the overlock, enclosing the trimmed fabric edge for a tidy internal finish.

Separate chainstitch seam

The third needle and its looper create the additional joining line. Choose this stitch construction when it is specified for your garment or production process.

Everyday sewing control

Set a pace that suits the work.

Adjustable servo speed

Set the sewing speed to suit your fabric and experience, then control the run with the foot pedal. The servo motor avoids the constant running of a traditional clutch motor between seams.

Needle positioning

The included needle positioner helps the machine stop consistently, making it easier to handle pieces between sewing runs.

Choose it for the seam you need

A specialist option for garment workrooms.

This setup is suited to medium-weight garment materials. Consider it for suitable jacket, trouser and workwear seams where a six-thread safety stitch is part of the construction. Fabric thickness, the number of layers, thread and needle choice all affect the result.

Six threads do not make every heavy material suitable. For bulky multilayer seams, coated covers or unusually heavy fabrics, ask us to check a sample and recommend the right setup before ordering.
