JACK F6HL7 · Heavy-material model · Complete set
Give denim, workwear and heavier woven fabrics a dedicated sewing setup with the JACK F6HL7 industrial plainsewer. A large-capacity hook, stitch length up to 7mm and direct-drive servo motor make this heavy-material F6 a practical choice for straight seams and visible topstitching.

Choose the stitch length and sewing pace to suit your project, with straightforward controls close to the needle.
Adjust the stitch length for construction seams or a more defined topstitched finish on heavier materials.
The larger hook and bobbin hold more thread than a standard-capacity setup, reducing bobbin changes during longer sewing runs.
The built-in motor and adjustable speed let you set a comfortable pace, from careful seam work to repeated sewing tasks.
Choose the needle-up or needle-down stopping position to make handling and repositioning your work more convenient.
Built-in LED lighting helps you see the needle, seam line and stitch formation as you work.
Use the manual reverse lever to secure seam ends. This is a non-auto-trim model: thread cutting is manual.

The F6HL7 is the heavy-material, large-hook version of the F6 family.
Select needle, thread, speed and stitch length to suit the material. Maximum speed and foot clearance are machine specifications, not a guarantee that every thickness or fabric combination can be sewn.
The F6HL7 is suited to denim, heavier garment fabrics and suitable light upholstery materials. It uses bottom feed, not a walking foot or compound feed. For leather, bulky upholstery seams or layers that tend to shift, contact us with details of your project so we can recommend the right setup.
Not sure whether this machine suits your materials? Talk to Direct Sewing about the fabric layers and thread you plan to use. We can also arrange freight outside Auckland. A one-year return-to-base warranty is included.
