Important information before purchasing
The Brother Innov-is NV1800Q is a domestic computerised sewing and quilting machine. It does not embroider.
Its five lettering fonts are feed-through sewing stitches rather than hoop-based embroidery fonts.
The 210mm measurement refers to the space between the needle and the machine tower. The wide table increases fabric support but does not increase the physical throat opening.
Automatic Height Adjuster helps the machine respond to changing fabric thickness, but the NV1800Q is not an industrial walking-foot or compound-feed machine.
Normal garment denim, quilting cotton, layered quilts and many bag fabrics can be sewn using the correct needle, thread and settings. Heavy leather, thick webbing and continuous upholstery production require an appropriate industrial machine.
