ChiaoGoo specifies six needles per set in 2.25, 2.5 and 2.75mm. That gives you flexibility to divide a round over more needles—or keep one safely aside as a spare.
The extra needle can be particularly useful when fine sock stitches feel crowded or a pattern’s shaping is easier with another section.

No. ChiaoGoo’s official bamboo sock set begins at 2.25mm / US 1. The stainless-steel set adds the 2mm size.

How long are the needles?

What bamboo is used?
