The Juki LK-1900S-HS is the heavy-material version of Juki’s Simple Series electronic bartacker. It helps workrooms produce neat reinforcement at pocket openings, belt loops and other stress points without manually guiding every stitch.
Choose the pattern and settings for your job, position the work and let the controlled sewing cycle repeat the tack.

This listing is for the HS heavy-material configuration, not the standard suiting version. Juki’s application image shows the difference: the H type is pictured on the right, bartacking a jeans seam.
For webbing, straps or bag components, check the actual layers, thread and tack dimensions before ordering. Material suitability depends on the complete setup, not simply the fabric name.
Patterns, clamps and job setup.
The 51 standard patterns include several bartack shapes and straight-line tacks. Not every pattern works with the same clamp: a different work-clamp foot, feed plate or other parts may be needed.
The 30 × 40mm sewing area is the machine’s travel envelope—not a promise that the supplied clamp suits every shape. For a custom pattern or fixture, send your application details online so the required setup and any additional work can be confirmed.
